7. Shipping and Delivery

Title and risk of loss for all Products ordered by you shall pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our Products, we have a limited return policy. Products may only be returned if they are:

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located within British Columbia, Canada, and you hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

If you are a consumer based in Canada, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your province of residence.

17. Dispute Resolution

You agree to attempt in good faith to settle any controversy that may arise between us. In the event we are unable to settle a controversy through direct negotiation, you agree to submit in good faith to mediation of the dispute. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement that remains unsettled through mediation may be pursued through the applicable court system or arbitration, as determined by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Canadian Consumers: If you are a consumer in Canada, you may contact the Canadian Consumer Protection Office or your provincial consumer protection agency for assistance with disputes. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and in compliance with Canadian consumer protection laws.

18. Termination
