$10 CAD flat rate. FREE on orders over $150.
Available Canada-wide. Trackable via Canada Post or courier.
$25 CAD flat rate. Priority processing and delivery.
Available to major cities. Same-day dispatch for orders before 11:00 AM PST.

Your privacy is paramount. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no cannabis-related branding or labels. The sender information is generic, and the package gives no indication of contents.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package in real-time through our courier partners. Updates typically appear within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can also track orders from your account dashboard at any time.
Delivery Requirements
- âĸAge Verification: Someone 18+ (or 21+ where required) must be available to sign for delivery with valid government-issued photo ID.
- âĸSignature Required: Packages cannot be left unattended. If you miss delivery, you'll receive a notice to reschedule or pick up from the depot.
- âĸAccurate Address: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We're not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of cannabis products, we have a limited return policy. Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- âProduct is defective or damaged upon arrival
- âWe shipped the wrong product or variant
- âProduct is unopened and in original packaging (where applicable)
How to Request a Return
Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the product is damaged.
Approval & Shipping Label
Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. No need to pay for return shipping.
Ship the Product Back
Package the item securely in original packaging and drop off at the courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for unopened products within 7 days. If you received the wrong variant or want to try a different strain, we'll expedite an exchange at no additional cost.
Contact [email protected] to initiate an exchange. We'll send the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if we shipped the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We stand behind the quality of every product.
Quality Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the quality of any product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- âOpened or used products (unless defective)
- âProducts purchased on final sale or clearance
- âGift cards or digital products

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours(Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will ship the next business day.
Weekend orders (Friday 11:00 AM - Sunday) ship on Monday.

Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
We're not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control, but we'll do everything we can to help resolve problems quickly.
